The Vëlosummer is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Tourism, Mobility and Public Works. In collaboration with 56 municipalities, various road sections will be reserved for cyclists from 29 July onwards throughout the country. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy cycling on roads closed to traffic. Some routes will be open to the public at weekends, and some will be open throughout August.

Enjoy cycling in the beautiful countryside of northern Luxembourg. Discover the landscape as you venture through charming valleys, along refreshing rivers, as well as on hilltops that won't disappoint you with their magnificent views.

You shouldn't miss these unique days when many roads will be closed to traffic to make way for bikes only!

At the tourist information office in Wiltz Castle, bicycles with or without electrical assistance can be rented.
